Isn’t it crazy how we all love our little communities. We get familiar with our favorite restaurants, retails shops and even activities! This happens at home but also when we go on vacation. Our family loves the community vibe in Fort Walton! The people, the places, the white sand and the laid-back atmosphere.This is the primary reason we picked this area when deciding to own condo properties at the beach. During a recent stay for the entire month of January we found another little piece of paradise just 20 minutes from our condos. Now we are always hunting for a very specific type of experience. So, this may not be everyone’s glass of sweet tea. However, if you love a quiet beach, white sand, best seashells in the gulf coast, walking/biking trails for miles and the most beautiful scenery the beach has to offer, grab a friend and get yourself to Navarre Beach!  Navarre Beach is the home of the longest fishing pier in Florida reaching 1,545 feet into the Gulf. You can also stop at the Navarre Beach Marine Park and visit the beautiful sea turtles! There are 5 public beach accesses many of which have covered pavilions and outdoor grills. Drive along the shore and admire the beautiful beach homes.     ​     ​​​​When you leave Navarre Beach, you drive into Gulf Islands National Seashore. The roadway includes Opal Beach and multiple other beach accesses. The sand, beach and panoramic dunes offer the most beautiful picture opportunities. This roadway will eventually lead you into Pensacola! Navarre has been called "Florida’s Most Relaxing Place." And honestly there are no words to describe its beauty and tranquility.
